Professor Liang Quanxi hold a Ph.D. in Economics from Jinan University, serving as a doctoral supervisor. His research mainly focuses on corporate governance, corporate finance, and capital market development. He has published over 20 papers in journals such as "Management World," "Financial Research," "Journal of Banking and Finance," and "Pacific-Basin Finance Journal." He has also led two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and multiple projects at the provincial and ministerial levels. He has received three first and second prizes for outstanding achievements at the provincial and ministerial levels.
