He Chengying, a foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor, a well-known domestic financial securities expert enjoying special government allowances, visiting scholar at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Mathematical Institute of Oxford University. He has served as the chairman of the board of supervisors of Guosen Securities Co., Ltd., general manager of the Development Research Headquarters, director of the Postdoctoral Workstation Office, and dean of the School of Business Administration at Guangxi University. He is currently the academic dean of the School of Economics at Guangxi University/China-ASEAN Financial Cooperation Institute; with nearly 30 years of experience in the Chinese securities market, his research focuses on financial technology, emerging industries, and securities investment. He proposed for the first time in China a quantitative method for the flow of existing funds and applied it in practice, and put forward a series of quantitative indicators for predicting the future trend of the stock market. He has led multiple projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation Project and the China Securities Industry Association Project, published more than 30 monographs and textbooks, and published over 400 papers in high-level domestic and foreign professional journals such as "Chinese Social Sciences," "Management World," "Economic Research," "Journal of Business Research," and "International Review of Financial Analysis."
